- 10 sheets of bricks
- 150 g of fromage frais
- Flat parsley
- Lemon juice
- Vegetable oil
Mix the cheese, parsley and lemon.
Cut the leaves of bricks into 2. Fold each sheet in half lengthwise, place a stuffing nut at the end and fold into a triangle shape.
Cook the bricks on each side in a pan of hot oil. Put them on paper towels. Serve hot.
