Cheese Bricks

Coming from Lebanon, a recipe ultra easy and fast that will travel the taste buds of the whole family.


  • 10 sheets of bricks
  • 150 g of fromage frais
  • Flat parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil


Mix the cheese, parsley and lemon.

Cut the leaves of bricks into 2. Fold each sheet in half lengthwise, place a stuffing nut at the end and fold into a triangle shape.

Cook the bricks on each side in a pan of hot oil. Put them on paper towels. Serve hot.
