Vegetable and cheese brochette with 3 sauces

Small vegetables and pieces of cheese in a row on a skewer? It's party !

Ingredients:

  • For 4 people :
  • 2 carrots
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 half cucumber
  • 8 radishes
  • 100 g of mimolette
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • a few sprigs of chives
  • Curry sauce:
  • 1 yoghurt
  • 1 C. mustard
  • 1 C. curry
  • fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Beet sauce:
  • 1 yoghurt
  • 1 small beet
  • 1 C. mustard
  • the juice of half an orange
  • 1 C. powdered cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herb sauce:
  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • chive
  • coriander and flat parsley
  • 1 C. mustard
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 1 half lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

Wash and peel the vegetables.
Detail the carrots, cucumber and diced mimolette. Chop the chives.
Form small balls with the fresh goat cheese and roll them in chopped chives.
Stitch all these elements on small skewers.
For each sauces, mix all the ingredients together.
Pour each sauce into a ramekin and serve with the skewers.
