Pancakes and fruit skewers

Mix pancakes and fruits ... a good idea to stock up on vitamins and lightness! Quickly discover this recipe 100% greedy for dessert.


  • For pancake batter (about 10 pancakes):
  • 250 g Ebly Flour Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • ó liter (50 cl) of milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla aroma
  • For 10 skewers (5 crepes)
  • 10 strawberries
  • 5 kiwis
  • 5 bananas
  • Some mint leaves for decoration
  • 10 wooden spades
  • 200 g dark chocolate


In a large salad bowl, mix the flour, the eggs, a pinch of salt and add the milk little by little. Finally add the aroma. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a very hot skillet (this is the secret of a successful cooking), pour a small ladle of dough, and return to half-cooking.
Let the pancakes cool down. Roll pancakes and cut into 3 cm pieces.
Wash the strawberries and cut them in 2. Peel the kiwis and bananas and cut them into slices.
Alternate on wooden picks strawberries, slices of kiwi and banana and rolls of pancakes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a water spoon.
Serve the kebabs with the chocolate in pretty plates with some mint leaves.
Tip: mix with the mixer or electric robot, it's even easier and no need to let the dough rest!
