Want an exotic recipe for your greedy? Prepare this beef with small vegetables yourself, it's easy!
For 4 people
- 3 beef bibs
- 3 minced shallots
- ½ red pepper cut into pieces
- 1 jar of soy bean sprouts Suzi Wan
- 3 c. salt-reduced salted soy sauce Suzi Wan
- 3 c. of sauce Nuöc Mám Suzi Wan
- 6 sprigs of chives
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- ¾ Suzi Wan chili puree
Drain and rinse the bean sprouts.
Cut the meat into strips.
In a wok or pan, heat the oil and fry the shallots.
Add the meat, cook for 3 minutes, then stir in the peppers and

Decorate with chopped chives and serve immediately with white rice.
