Crunch cake (Lagier Christelle)


This cake is very easy to make it is very popular with young and old alike ...

Ingredients:

  • -3 eggs
  • -150 grams of flour
  • -1 packet of dry yeast
  • -1 or 2 crunchy chocolate bars (according to taste)
  • - 100 grams of grated coconut
  • -120 grs of sugar
  • -150 grams of butter.

Preparation:

Mix the sugar + the eggs. Add the flour + yeast + melted butter + coconut. Break the chocolate into pieces and mix with the dough. Bake about 30 mn ther 6.
