  • 200 g flour
  • 5 c. tablespoon semi-skimmed milk powder
  • 20 g of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of carrot
  • 100 g of zucchini
  • 100 g onions
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 80 g grated cheese
  • 20 pitted black olives
  • 1 knob of butter
  • salt
  • White pepper


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Rinse the carrot and zucchini and grated them on the coarse grater. Cut the stalk of celery into pieces. Peel and slice the onions. Fry 5 min. Butter over low heat, without staining and stirring regularly. In a bowl, mix flour, milk powder and yeast. While stirring, stir in eggs one by one, then 100 ml of water in a thin stream, pre-cooked vegetables, olives and grated cheese. Pepper, salt and pour into a non-stick pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 150 ° C (5 ° C) and continue cooking 20 min ... Poke a knife in the center of the cake. If the knife blade comes out dry, take it out, unmold it and serve it warm or cold.
