Cakes with sun vegetables

Tasty little individual cakes ... to make all the family love vegetables for sure.


  • For 6 individual cakes:
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 5 cl of olive oil
  • 4 confit tomatoes
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • butter and flour for mussels.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). In a bowl, whisk together the flour and yeast, then add the eggs, milk and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Cut candied tomatoes, fresh seeded tomatoes and mozzarella into cubes. Add them to the dough. Add the chopped basil and mix. Butter and flour the mussels. Pour in the dough and bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Tip +: you can separate the dough in half and prepare two different versions of these cakes: one with tomato and mozzarella, the other with peas, with diced zucchini (to cook before incorporating them into the dough ) or Comté and ham.
