  • 30 g cooked duck meat without skin
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g of 40% cream cheese


Peel the carrot, cut it in half. Take off your hard heart, then cut it into cubes.
Cook them 5 minutes steaming. Add the sliced ​​duck, continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Mix the carrots with the cottage cheese and pour on a plate.
Separately, finely mix the duck slices and add them to the center of the mousse.
