  • For 8 fluted:
  • 25 cl of milk
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 g of diced ham
  • 60 g of Beaufort
  • salt
  • pepper.


Boil the milk with the butter, then let cool. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Beat the egg in the blender bowl. Season with salt and pepper and add flour and milk. Add diced ham and sausage in strips. Pour into the molds filling them to two-thirds. Bake for 45 minutes and turn out once warm.
