- 1 heart of artichoke
- 4 basil leaves 1 tbsp. white cheese
- 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook the artichoke heart for 15 minutes in salted water, then drain it and allow it to cool.
Mix together artichoke hearts, basil leaves, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese.
