Mushrooms in salad

Mushrooms are very rich in minerals (zinc, selenium, potassium ...), with a very low content of fat and calories. So, put them on your future mom's menus!


For 4 people

  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small shallot
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper


Clean and slice the mushrooms. Lemon them lightly to prevent them from turning black.

Cut the red and green peppers into slices and then into small cubes, chisel very thinly the shallot.

In a salad bowl, make a vinaigrette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and then add the previously prepared vegetables. Mix and serve without delay.
