- 150 g dark chocolate cut into small pieces
Preheat the oven to th.6 (180 ° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the butter with the sugar and the brown sugar until the mixture whitens. Gradually add the egg and vanilla sugar. Gently stir in the flour, cocoa powder and yeast. Add the chocolate pieces.
Place small piles of walnut-sized dough on the plate (spaced about 5 cm apart) and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
