Chop suey

An exotic recipe in one click! To impress your little family in two stages.


  • For 4 people :
  • 400 g of pork loin
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 turnips
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 100 g of peas
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of rehydrated black mushrooms
  • 200 g of bean sprouts
  • 3 c. soup of soy sauce
  • 1 C. sugar coffee
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • salt.


Cut the meat into thin strips. Wash the vegetables. Peel carrots and turnips and cut into sticks. Wash the broccoli, peel the onion Slice broccoli, onion and mushrooms. Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the meat. Salt then add the soy sauce, sugar and vegetables, except the bean sprouts Cook for 10 minutes turning. Add the soy and cook for another 3 minutes stirring. Serve with white rice.
