- 4 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 140 g of flour
- 30 g of granulated sugar
- 25 cl of liquid, half water, half milk
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Pour the milk and water in a saucepan. Add the butter and salt.
When the liquid comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat and pour the flour at one time. Stir briskly until the dough detaches easily from the edges of the pan.
Add the eggs one by one. Beat with a hand whisk until smooth and firm.
Form small balls with a small spoon, put them on a sheet of parchment paper.
