Cherry clafoutis

To enjoy warm or cold, these mini-clafoutis are to devour from 15 months ... a delight!


  • For 3 desserts:
  • 40 g of flour
  • 1/8 liter of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g sugar + 1 tsp. to s. for the surface
  • 400 g of cherries
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Wash, then plant and pit the cherries. Beat the eggs in omelette. While still beating, add sugar, salt, then flour and milk until you have a consistency of pancake batter. Pour into 3 buttered molds, add the cherries, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
