Apricot apple sauce

In two steps and three movements, concoct a king's dessert. From 6 months.


  • 1 small apple
  • 1 dry and fluffy apricot


Cut the dried apricots into small cubes and pour into a saucepan.
Peel and seed the apple then grated it. Add it to the apricots.
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cover and let cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain the fruits (do not discard the water) and reduce them to a fine sauce in the blender or through a fine sieve.
If necessary, add some juices to relax the compote.
Let cool to room temperature and serve.
