- 200 g flour
- 100 g oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g soft half-salt butter
- 100 g of white sugar
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 crushed banana
- 100 g of chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 165 ° C (5-6).
In a bowl, mix flour, flakes, yeast and chocolate chips.
In a second bowl large enough to hold the mixture, mix the butter and sugars with the electric mixer for 2 minutes, until the mixture turns white and is creamy. Add the egg, crushed banana and mix again. Add the dry elements and mix.
Using an ice cream scoop or a large spoon, take some balls of dough a little smaller than ice cream and place them on a non-stick baking sheet, or on a plate covered with baking paper. Do not flatten the balls of dough.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the cookies are blond. Remove the cookies from the plate with a spatula and let cool on a rack.
