Hazelnut chocolate cookies

To please the whole family, prepare a gourmet snack. Serve these wonderful chocolate and hazelnut cookies. Taste them warm or cold with a large glass of milk.


  • 75 g of soft butter
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 90 g of sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 90 g of crushed hazelnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt


Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Mix butter, egg, sugar, flour, yeast and salt.

Add the melted chocolate. A very thick paste is obtained.

Add the crushed hazelnuts.

Roll the dough into pudding, then surround the pudding with baking paper, tightening well.

Put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Remove the sausage and slice it, place the slices on an anti-stick baking tray and bake for about 12 minutes at 180 ° C.


If you do not have hazelnuts in pieces, just put shelled hazelnuts in a cloth and crush them with a hammer.
