Chicken curry with mango

This sun-kissed fruit appeals to children because it tastes so sweet. Offer him this exotic recipe from 18 months.


  • 50 g of chicken breast
  • 1 quart of mango
  • 10 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 C. curry coffee
  • 1 small onion
  • oil.


Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the onion and chop it.
Brown the chicken pieces and curry in a pan with a little oil. Add the onion and leave to brown.
Add the coconut milk and the mango cubes. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with a little white rice or small vegetables.
