Veal cutlets with cream

  • For 4 people :
  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 100 g thick cream
  • 1 C. old-fashioned mustard
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt.


Flatten the cutlets and grasp for 1 min per side in a nonstick skillet. Take them out. In their place in the pan, pour the cream and boil for 2 minutes over high heat. Stir in mustard, parsley and then cutlets. Salt, heat and serve.
