Breaded cutlets

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 1 egg. 100 g bread crumbs
  • 3 branches of flat parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon


Beat the egg on a deep plate and pour the breadcrumbs on a second plate. Spend each side of the cutlets, first in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs. Cook them in a hot pan, 5 minutes on each side. Wash the parsley and chop it. Salt and pepper the cutlets. Serve them sprinkled with parsley and drizzled with lemon.
