- roll out the puff pastry - tenderly drizzle with mustard (not strong!) - cut the dough in triangle of average size according to your wish - add a small piece of sausage (which you will have cut before) - roll the sausage into the dough in shape of triangle so as to make a crescent (without pressing) - put in the oven as soon as you have done several - cook for 10 to 15 minutes in the hot oven.
