Fluffy, tasty ... who says better?

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 75 g of butter
  • 35 g flour
  • 75 g of almond powder
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • candied fruits

Preparation:

Cut the butter into small cubes and melt them gently. Mix the flour, almond powder and icing sugar. Bring the whites into firm snow and add a pinch of salt. Carefully stir in the snowy whites with the spatula to the previous mixture. Add the melted butter. Pour the mixture into boxes and add a piece of candied fruit. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
