Artichoke au gratin

Ingredients:

  • 1 heart of artichoke
  • 20 g diced ham 1 small potato
  • 1 C. white cheese 1 tbsp. grated Gruyère coffee.

Preparation:

Cook the artichoke stock for 15 minutes in salted boiling water.
Peel, wash and cut the potato into cubes.
Cook for 10 minutes in salted boiling water and crush with a fork.
Add the cottage cheese and the diced ham.
Place the mixture on the artichoke bottom.
Sprinkle with cheese and gratin.
