Ingredients:

  • 200 g of fresh beans to shell
  • 1 new carrot
  • 30 g diced cooked ham
  • 25 g of butter
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of chives
  • salt.

Preparation:

Chop the fresh beans. Scald them quickly and remove the film covering them. Rinse the carrot and cut it into slices. Throw all the vegetables in a pot of boiling salted water with the thyme and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain them. Cut the ham into cubes, brown them in butter. Add the vegetables, let everything return for a few moments and serve hot chopped chives.
