This pretty nest makes a blini brood a quail egg and mimolette. A funny recipe to open the appetite of your gourmand.
- 1 blini
- 1 quail egg
- 30 g grated mimolette
- 1 knob of butter
Eviduate the center of the blini by cutting a circle from the tip of a knife, following the outline of an eggcup.
Heat the butter in a pan over low heat, put the blini in it, turn it over after 1 minute.
Turn it over again after 1 minute, and break the quail egg into the center hole. Leave to cook on low heat.
Slide the egg blini on a plate and sprinkle with grated mimolette. Put some chives to decorate.
