Cod gratin with spinach

Spinach, an important source of iron and folic acid, essential for future mothers. Here they get married with cod, a light fish with good protein.


For 4 people :

  • 600 g cod fillets
  • 1 kg frozen spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 small shallots
  • 20 cl of light cream
  • 40 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • mill pepper


Spinach the vegetables for 5 minutes on high heat with 20 g of butter. Peel and chop the garlic and add it to the spinach with salt and pepper. Drain it all. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C. Cut the fish into cubes and mix them with the spinach. Add cream and beaten eggs, chopped shallots, salt and pepper. Pour it all into a baking dish and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
