Peach gratin

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 4 yellow peaches
  • 1 C. orange blossom water (optional)
  • 10 cl of cream
  • 3 c. tablespoon of brown sugar


Turn on the grill of your oven. Boil the peaches, peel them, cut them into slices and divide them into 4 small gratin dishes. Sprinkle with orange blossom water, drizzle with cream, sprinkle with sugar and slide under the grill. When the surfaces are caramelized (about 5 min), take them out of the oven and enjoy hot.
