Want a melting recipe of dessert? Try this cake of pancakes in the heart of which you slip orange marmalade ... a happiness!
- 250g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jar of orange marmalade
In a salad bowl, pour the flour and salt. Add the eggs. Mix well with a whisk until the preparation is smooth.
Gradually dilute with the milk. Add the oil and the orange blossom.
Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
At the time of use, check the fluidity of the dough. If necessary, lengthen it with a little water, milk or orange blossom.
Heat a greased pan with oil soaked paper towel.
Pour a ladle of dough, tilt the pan to distribute the dough well.
Turn over the pancake as soon as it comes off and cook for a few more minutes.
Do the same with the rest of the dough.
Place a pancake on a pie dish. Cover with a layer of orange marmalade. Place a second pancake and continue until all the ingredients are gone, ending with a pancake.
